The potential of polymeric nanostructures obtained by extruding polymer solutions through reusable anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) nanopores for the fabrication is investigated systematically to be able unveil impact structure on cell culturing. Thus, nanostructured Na-alginate and poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) polymers as well blended alginate/PVA hydrogels are fabricated. PVA fibers with different dimensions can obtained. By into a non-solvent also networks uniform nanofibers (diameter <20 nm) generated. forms agglomerations nanoparticles diameter >100 nm. In addition, line-dependent behavior cross-linked PVA/alginate observed, which characterized reduced adhesion cluster formation PaTu 8988t cells these blend compared normal adhesive NIH 3T3 cells.
